Dingle Distillery Workshop
Join Dave Cummins & Patrick Foley on an exploration through the wonders of Dingle Distillery & the handcrafted spirits they make. Dave aka “Beardy Dave” has decades of knowledge & experience in the Irish whiskey industry as well as being Global Brand Ambassador for Dingle Distillery. Paddy has worked with dingle distillery for over 6 years. Now head of production & maturation overseeing the process from raw material through to finished product, as well as selecting casks to be used in our whiskeys. So get involved in the conversation, as we taste our way through three whiskeys selected that exemplify that unique Dingle Irish Whiskey.
